Upcoming Event: Track & Field versus NCAA First Round on May 28, 2026

THIS WEEK:
The University of Utah Indoor Track and Field team will travel to Logan, Utah for the Wilson Motor Invitational on Sat., Feb. 1. The Utes are coming off a strong performance at the Olympic Oval Invitational, which they co-hosted with BYU. The Utes set two school records at the meet. Nellie Hammons 2:12.51 time in the 800 meters was a new indoor school record. Also setting a new school record was Autumn Smith who posted a 7.99 finish in the 60 meters. The 4x400-relay team broke the school record with a 3:51.28 run.
LAST MEET:
Leading the way for Utah at the Olympic Oval Invitational, were Brooke LoBue, Katie Decker and Delfino Arevalo, who all notched first-place finishes in their respected events. LoBue won the pole vault with a height of 12' 10.25". The senior's mark is currently a provisional qualifying mark. Decker, a junior, grabbed the high jump with 5' 07.75". The junior Arevalo won the 5,000-meter run in 15:28.6.

NEXT MEET:
Next on the schedule for the Utes is the Mountain States Games in Pocatello, Idaho. Competition for the meet will begin Friday, Feb. 7 and last through Saturday, Feb. 8.
