A Pair of Volleyball Players Honored by MWC

SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah volleyball team had two of its student-athletes honored by the Mountain West Conference today, recognizing them with the Scholar-Athlete Award.
Honored were: Natalie Miller, So., 3.95, Business; Katie Theurer, Sr., 3.54, Exercise and Sport Science.
To be eligible, student-athletes must have completed at least two semesters or three quarters at the certifying institution while maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or better, and have competed in at least one varsity contest in their respective sport.
