Mason Named To Top Drawer Soccer Team of the Week

SALT LAKE CITY - Utah junior goalkeeper Ashley Mason has been named to the Top Drawer Soccer National Team of the Week.
The website honored Mason for leading the 6-0 Utes to wins over Purdue and Denver last week. Mason allowed only one goal and made six saves in Utah's 2-1 win over the Boilermakers on Friday. She then held Denver scoreless with two saves in the Utes' 1-0 win on Sunday afternoon.
Mason, a native of Sunnyvale, Calif., has held four opponents scoreless this season. She has allowed just two goals while making 25 saves in 524 minutes of playing time.
