WE ARE HERE!!! We got to Venice, Italy around 11:00am on Saturday and went straight to our hotel, Titian Inn. All the flights went well and everyone's luggage showed up. We then changed clothes and got out of our 2 day old gross clothes and started sightseeing around Venice. We missed our first bus to Venice and so we had to wait for a half of an hour for our next one and knowing our team, there was no boring moment. We started taking pictures of anything that we saw. Cars, buildings, fields, roads, and even the famous "Skate or Die" pictures. Once we finally got to Venice, the merchants chased after us. We all had to learn to bargain like we've never bargained before. We got purses from 45 Euros to 7 Euros in less than 2 minutes! We were becoming pro's! We then all went on Gondola rides and all of the Gondoleers were jealous of our guides who had 5-7 girls in their gondalas. We went to the famous St. Mark's Square and saw plazas that were 500 years old. We all bought bird food and fed the birds and many of us had 5-6 birds on us at one time.
We then rode the bus home and all of us were out! We were all so tired and couldn't wait to get into our beds. We are excited for what tomorrow brings!!!
