Upcoming Event: Track & Field versus NCAA First Round on May 28, 2026

SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah women's track and field team will split this week for two competitive meets to open the outdoor season. The middle distance and distance runners will compete on Friday at Stanford, while the remaining athletes will be competing at Arizona State Friday and Saturday. The Utes will also have one athlete competing in a multi-event Wednesday and Thursday.
On Wednesday, Brianna LeRoy will compete in the first three events of the heptathlon hosted by Arizona Community College, with the remaining events being held Thursday.
In Palo Alto, Calif., Utah will be competing in the middle distance and distance events in the Stanford Invitational.
Utah will also be sending a limited group to compete in the Arizona State Invitational in Tempe, Ariz. This is the first time Utah has participated in this meet and will be competing against athletes from Colorado State, Notre Dame, Purdue, Texas A&M, and Air Force.
The hammer will be the only event to compete on Friday. On Saturday, the field events are set to start at 10:00 a.m. while the running events start at 5:00 p.m. MT.
