Track and Field Has Weekend Meet Change

SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah will no longer compete at the Wyoming Invitational this weekend due to inclement weather conditions. The Utes will now compete at the Utah State Mark Faldo Invite in Logan, Utah.
The field events will begin at 10:00 a.m. MT with the hammer, javelin and long jump. At 11:30 a.m., the shot put, pole vault and high jump are slotted to begin. The triple jump and discus will follow.
The track events will begin at 11:00 a.m. with the 3,000-meter steeplechase. The last track event will begin at 3:15 p.m. with Utah competing in the 4x400-meter relay.
The schedule is tentative and dependent upon entries in each event.
