Utah Soccer Announces 2010 Captains

SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah soccer team has announced its captains for the 2010 season. Senior Lauren Hair and juniors Erin Dalley, Lauren Dudley and Lauren Porter were selected after a team vote.
Hair is a three-year starting forward, while Dalley is a two-year starter up top. Dudley and Porter, both center backs, have anchored the Ute defense for the last two years, starting every game of their careers.
Utah began preseason training on Aug. 4. The Utes kick off the regular season Aug. 20 at Gonzaga. Their first home game is slated for Friday, Sept. 3 at 7 p.m. as Loyola Marymount comes to Ute Field.
