2010 Arizona State Sheraton Tournament Match Notes 
The University of Utah volleyball team concludes its nine-match road trip at the Arizona State Sheraton Tournament this weekend.
The Utes' first match in Phoenix, Ariz., will be against Pacific, Friday at 5 p.m. MT. Utah will play two matches Saturday, beginning against No. 22 Michigan at 10 a.m. MT, then against host Arizona State at 7 p.m. MT. All-Tournament Team Utes: Utah freshman outside hitter Morgan Odale (Star, Idaho) represented Utah on the 2010 Dr. Mary Jo Wynn Invitational All-Tournament Team last weekend. Odale hit for 3.58 kills and 2.58 digs per set in Utah's three matches. She has hit for 10 or more kills in seven of the first eight matches of her Utah career. In the opener against Oklahoma, Odale had 14 kills to go along with eight digs and a pair of blocks. She then had 19 kills and 18 digs against Missouri State for her fourth double-double this season. Odale then gave a 10-kill effort to go along with five digs and a block against St. Louis.
Pacific Series: The Utes own a 2-1 lead in the all-time series with the Tigers. Utah won the last meeting 3-1 on Nov. 29, 2008 in Stockton, Calif. The Utes also took a five-set win on Aug. 31, 2002 from No. 12 Pacific in Salt Lake City.
Michigan Series: Utah lost its only other meeting with the Wolverines on Sept. 14, 1991 in Houston, Texas at the Rice Invitational. The match went three sets with Michigan pulling out a 15-9, 15-12, 15-13 win.
Arizona State Series: Utah trails the series with Arizona State, 9-3. The Utes won the last meeting, however, taking a 3-0 decision in the season opener last year at Crimson Court.
