Langley Iverson Receives Honorable Mention All- American honors

SALT LAKE CITY- The University of Utah's Langley Iverson was listed among the Honorable Mention All-American athletes announced by the U.S Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association on Monday.
"Langley had a terrific indoor season that culminated in her first appearance at the NCAA Championships," said Utah head coach Kyle Kepler. "To be named Honorable Mention All-American is another great accomplishment. She will continue to improve and set her goals even higher as we move outdoors."
This season, Iverson cleared the barrier of 6-0.75 in the high jump at the Cherry & Silver Invitational. Her mark ranks second all-time in school history and qualified her for the NCAA Indoor Championships. At the Mountain West Conference Championships, she finished second overall after competing in a jump-off with BYU's Ada Robinson. Iverson finished 17th at the NCAA Indoor Championships and currently has the second- best jump in MWC history.
Iverson and the Utes begin the outdoor season on March 25 at the Arizona State and Stanford Invitationals.
