WOODLAND, Calif. - The Utah women's track and field team had ten student-athletes named to the 2014 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Indoor All-Academic Team.
To be eligible for selection to the MPSF academic team, a student-athlete must be a sophomore with a 3.00 cumulative grade point average, and have competed in at least half of the meets Utah has competed in this season.
Seniors Rosalie Waller (3.986 GPA/biomedical engineering), Stephanie Jolley (3.974/occupational therapy - master's), Nikkie Rudder (3.668/elementary education and exercise sport science), and AuraLea Fain (3.130/exercise sport science) were all selected to the team. Juniors selected were Kendahl Melvin (3.673/political science and sociology), Alexandria Eisenbeiss (3.469/biomedical engineering), Allison Aafedt (3.370/undecided), Suzie Vozarova (3.242/health, society and policy), and Aoife Hickey (3.224/psychology). Sophomore Nicole Rietz (3.869/exercise sports science and pre-physical therapy) also earned honors.
