SALT LAKE CITY, Utah -The Utah Soccer team will host an ID Clinic for field players and goalkeepers graduating high school in 2015, '16 and '17, on Monday, June 9 at Ute Field.

The clinic will be conducted by coaches and players of Utah Soccer and will run from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Enrollment is open, and will be extended to the first 45 players that register.

Interested players should download and print out the registration and medical consent forms then return them to the address on the flyer.
