SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah soccer team will play a six-game exhibition schedule this spring that will include three contests at Ute Field. Admission to all spring home games is free of charge.
"These spring games will be important in the growth of our team," head coach Rich Manning said. "We have several young players who will benefit from playing the likes of USC, Wyoming, as well as the in-state schools.
The group is itching to get back out there. We've got two home dates and look forward to having our supporters and fellow students out there to cheer us on!"
The Utes will kick off their spring training season with a 7:30 p.m. home game against RSL Women on March 26. That same weekend, the Utes travel up to Ogden to play Weber State on Saturday.
The longest road trip of the slate sees Utah head to Las Vegas for a neutral-site contest against Pac-12 foe USC on Sat., April 4. The following weekend, the Utes head south to play BYU on April 11.
The spring schedule concludes on Sat. April 18 with five games at Ute Field. Utah hosts Wyoming at 10 a.m. and Utah State at 4 p.m. Southern Utah and RSL Women will also be in attendance as five games are scheduled for the day's event.
