SALT LAKE CITY-Â The Utah track and field team competed last Friday and Saturday, Feb. 10-11, at two separate meets. The sprinters, jumpers, hurdlers, and mid-distance runners traveled to Albuquerque, N.M, to compete in the Don Kirby Invitational. A group of Utah distance runners competed in the Husky Classic in Seattle, Wash. After a successful weekend with many personal records and five performances moving into the top-10 all-time at Utah, including setting a new school record in the 5000-meter run, the Utes will train for the next two weeks before competing at the MPSF Championships on Feb. 24-25.
