"Inside Pac-12 Basketball: Men's Media Day" shows will feature analysis and commentary from
Don MacLean, and
Ashley Adamson. The action begins on Pac-12 Network and the Pac-12 Now app at 1 p.m. MT with over three total hours dedicated to highlighting all 12 teams.
- Pac-12 Network's digital platforms will stream podium sessions, including Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott's opening remarks at 11 a.m. MT, on Pac-12.com, the Pac-12 Now app, Pac-12's Facebook (@Pac12Conference) and Pac-12 Conference's Twitter (@pac12).
- Each team will be featured in an individual 15-minute segment throughout the day with an all-encompassing recap segment airing at the end of the 12 team shows.
- Utah will be featured on the show at 3 p.m. MT, and on the Pac-12 Now app with their podium session at 12:05 p.m. MT.

KRYSTKOWIAK ENTERS NINTH SEASON AT UTAH
Head coach
Larry Krystkowiak begins his ninth season at the helm of the Runnin' Utes Basketball program in 2019-20. Krystkowiak, who led the Utes to a 17-14 overall record, and an 11-7 record and third-place finish in the Pac-12 Conference last year, is now 155-111 in his eight seasons at Utah. He is 197-131 overall in 10 seasons as a collegiate head coach, which includes two seasons at Montana (2004-06, 42-20).
NOTES ON ALLEN
Timmy Allen started 26 of 29 games played as a true freshman for the Utes in 2018-19 and was named to the Pac-12 All-Freshman Team. Allen ranked second on the team in scoring (12.2 per game) and field-goal percentage (.575; 127-221) and drained four of the seven (.571) three-pointers he attempted on the year. He made a team-high 97 free throws on 132 attempts (.735) and totaled 148 rebounds to rank third on the team with 5.1 boards per game. Allen added 71 assists, 25 steals and five blocked shots en route to registering 19 double-digit scoring efforts on the year. His season high of 24 points came vs. Oregon State (02/02/19) and he pulled down his high of 12 rebounds at Cal (1/26/19). Allen came to the Utes out of Red Mountain High School in Mesa, Ariz.
NOTES ON GACH
Both Gach started 14 of the 30 games in which he played as a true freshman in 2018-19 and shot .472 (77-163) from the field and .316 (30-95) from three-point range, while averaging 7.7 points per game. Gach drained a team-leading .857 (48-56) from the charity stripe and pulled down 62 rebounds for an average of 2.1 per game. He ranked third on the team with 63 assists and added 16 steals and four blocked shots. Gach posted nine double-digit scoring efforts, including a career-high 22-point contest at Kentucky (12/15/18), and distributed a career-high five assists at UCLA (02/09/19). He came to Utah from Arizona Compass Prep in Phoenix.
