SALT LAKE CITY – The University of Utah men's basketball team will be 1-of-8 teams competing in the 2020 Bad Boy Mowers Battle 4 Atlantis (Nov. 25-27) held in Nassau, Bahamas.
Joining the Runnin' Utes in in 2020 will be Creighton, Duke, Memphis, Ohio State, Texas A&M, West Virginia and Wichita State.
This is the second time the Utes will compete in the Battle 4 Atlantis, which will be played in the Imperial Arena at the Atlantis Paradise Island Hotel.
The first appearance took place in 2011 during head coach
Larry Krystkowiak's inaugural season at the helm. In addition to it being Utah's second appearance, it will also be the second time Duke (2012), Memphis (2012), Texas A&M (2015) and Wichita State (2016). The last time the Blue Devils participated, they won the three-day tournament with a 76-71 victory over Louisville.
