LOS ANGELES – No. 16 Utah volleyball won its fourth straight match with a 3-1 (22-25, 25-22, 25-22, 25-22) win over the No. 23 UCLA Bruins in Los Angeles.

This is the first time in program history that Utah has swept the weekend against USC and UCLA on the road as well as the first time in program history the Utes went 4-0 against them in a season.

Saige Ka'aha'aina-Torres once again led a balanced attack on offense as four players had double-digit kills and the team hit .303 for the match.

Dani Drews led the team with 19 kills and
Kenzie Koerber had 14 hitting .400 and led the team with 15 digs.

After dropping the first set, Utah found itself in a four-point hole trailing 12-16 in the second. The Utes ran off a 7-1 run to go up 19-17. With things all tied up at 21, Utah evened the match going on a 4-1 to close it out with a Koerber ace.

The Utes controlled the third set gaining a five-point advantage at 15-10. UCLA fended off a few set points, but Koerber got the kill to give Utah a 2-1 lead over the Bruins.

With the chance to close things out in four sets, Utah had a quick start in the fourth going up 9-2. UCLA wouldn't go quietly, coming back and tying up the score. Later in the set, the Bruins held a 22-21 lead, but Utah scored four points in a row with Koerber getting the winning kill once again. Drews had seven kills in the final set.
The win moves Utah to 18-7 overall and 10-4 in the Pac-12.

Zoe Weatherington finished the match with 13 kills hitting .318 and
Berkeley Oblad had 12 kills hitting .524.

Four Utes had double-figure digs led by Koerber with 15.
Megan Yett was second with 13.

Utah had 12.0 blocks as well led by
Phoebe Grace with 7.0.

Next week, Utah has another tough road trip traveling to Washington State and Washington. First serve against Washington State is 7 p.m. MT on Friday, November 15.
