LAST TIME OUT
Utah took care of business last Saturday at home as it took down then-No. 14/13 BYU in front of a sold-out crowd inside the Jon M. Huntsman Center. The Runnin' Utes led for 38:41 minutes of the game and had a lead as high as 16 points in the second half. Despite leading for nearly the entire game, it didn't come easily as the visiting Cougars cut the lead down to one possession with less than a minute to go but a resilient Utah team prevailed as the clock struck zero to solidify the 73-69 victory over rival BYU.
Gabe Madsen led all players with 17 points and 4 rebounds on 5-of-9 shooting from 3-point range while Utah native
Branden Carlson added 15 points on 8 rebounds.
Keba Keita continues to be on a tear off the bench since returning to the line-up, posting 10 points with 6rebounds on 5-of-6 shooting in just 13:34 minutes of action. Meanwhile, floor general
Rollie Worster padded the stat sheet once again with 7 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists to go with 2 steals.
