Kamryn Gibadlo Earns Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week

Gibadlo notches first conference weekly award of the season after strong performances against No. 13 Kansas and Arizona
IRVING, Texas – Junior outside hitter Kamryn Gibadlo is the Big 12's Offensive Player of the Week after putting together strong performances against then-No. 13 Kansas and Arizona last week in the Utes' final home matches of 2025.
The Cave Creek, Ariz., native got things rolling right against the Jayhawks last Wednesday, leading the team in kills (18) and aces (1) that helped the Utes notch a 3-0 sweep over Kansas. Gibadlo was also good for five digs and one block to secure Utah's third victory over a ranked opponent in 2025.

Gibby saved her best performance of the week for Friday, helping Utah's senior class end their careers with one last win at the Huntsman Center. In a five-set showdown, Gibadlo led the Utes in kills (25) and digs (16) against the Wildcats for her 13th double-double of 2025, while also leading the team in aces (3).

UP NEXT
The Utes hit the road one last time in the 2025 regular season, first making a trip to Provo, Utah, to take on No. 24 BYU on Wednesday, Nov. 26 at 6 p.m. MT. Utah then wraps up conference play in Lubbock, Texas, on Saturday, Nov. 29 at 12 p.m. MT.
