SALT LAKE CITY – With five games remaining in the regular-season and fresh off a sweep of the Kansas schools at home, the Utah men's basketball team now hits the road for two games starting this Sunday, Feb. 23, at UCF.

DOWN THE FINAL STRETCH
With five games remaining in the regular-season, the Runnin' Utes are just one game out of .500 sitting at 7-8 in Big 12 play. Per the Big 12 Conference, every Big 12 team that has finished .500 or better in league play has made the NCAA Tournament since 2014-15 and every team that has finished .500 in league play has made the tournament since 2009-10.
UTES DOMINATE BOARDS
Utah dominated the battle of the boards this past Monday against Kansas State, out-rebounding the Wildcats 51-28. In addition, the Utes also had a 21-6 advantage on the offensive glass. The last time Utah grabbed 21 offensive rebounds was last season against No. 8/8 Arizona in triple overtime. However, the last time Utah pulled down 21 offensive boards in a regulation game dated back to Dec. 28, 2013, against St. Katherine.
The +23 rebounding differential against Kansas was the first time Utah had out-rebounded an opponent by 20-plus boards since out-rebounding UCLA 50-28 (+22) last season and wound up handing the Bruins their second largest margin of defeat in program history 90-44.
