SALT LAKE CITY -- The Utah Volleyball team launches back into competition this week with the first of three spring matches on Friday. The Utes enter their 2025 spring schedule buoyed by the momentum of a strong 2024 season that was highlighted by a return to the NCAA tournament.

Utah will open the spring slate on Friday, Feb. 28, taking on Utah Valley University in a neutral-site match at 2:30 p.m. at Club V North (51 River Bend Way, Salt Lake City).
One month later, the Utes travel to Ogden to take on Weber State on Friday, March 28, at 4:30 p.m.
The Utes' lone home match of the spring is slated for 5:30 p.m. on Friday, April 11 at Crimson Court on the University of Utah campus.

Beth Launiere leads Utah into the 2025 season, her 36th at the helm of the Utes' program. The winningest coach in Utah Volleyball history, Launiere led the Utes back into the AVCA rankings in 2024, reaching as high as No. 17 late in the season, and earned the right to host the NCAA tournament's first and second rounds in front of their home fans at the Jon M. Huntsman Center. Utah finished in third place in their first year in the Big 12 and won 25 matches, most in a season for the program since 2008. The crowd of 5,953 on Nov. 8 that watched the Utes sweep BYU 3-0 was the largest for a match in program history.
