Poletto was named volunteer assistant coach prior to the 2015 season. For the past three seasons, she had served as an undergraduate assistant after concussions forced her to retire.
She also serves as the goalkeeper coach for the Utah Avalanche club team and works with the Region 4 goalkeepers.
Poletto holds a USSF "B" license while working with the state's ODP program. She also instructs coaches trying to attain their USSF "E" licenses.
Poletto graduated from the University of Utah in 2015 with a degree in communications and a minor in psychology. She is currently working toward a masters degree in sports psychology.
Prior to Utah, Poletto attended Cherry Creek High School in Englewood, Colo., and was named Most Outstanding Player three straight years (2008, `09, `10). She helped lead CCHS to the 2011 Region championship.
She was also a member of the U.S. Youth Soccer U-17 National Team (2009) and U-15 National Team (2008) while winning back-to-back Colorado Youth Soccer state championships with Colorado Rush (2009, `10).
