McAlister Notes: Had a good offseason, improved technically and physically ... will be ready to go physically ... gained a lot of experience as a redshirt freshman last season and in the spring as well ... a big, talented offensive player with all-around skills.
2010: Played in 24 matches, totaling 70 sets ... average 2.14 kills, 1.17 digs and 0.30 blocks per set ... served nine aces (0.13 per set) ... hit for a season-high 15 kills on 44 attempts with two blocks, two service aces and an assist at Northwestern (9/4) ... turned in a season-high 11 digs against Mississippi (9/4) ... had a career-high five blocks against Pacific (9/17) ... made first career appearance against Utah Valley (8/28) and had two kills, including the match-clincher.
