SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah Men's Tennis team downed Idaho State by a score of 6-1. The Utes swept in singles play, winning all six matches, while Idaho State captured the doubles point. Utah is now 3-2 this season, boasting an undefeated record at home.
Monday, Feb.13, the Utes host one of the biggest matches of the year, as BYU comes to play at the Eccles Tennis Center. Utah has won five of their last six matches against instate opponents, and has defeated both Weber State and Utah State earlier this year.
The match features some of the highest ranking players in Region VII with Manuel Calvo and Ben Coates. The match begins at 6:00 p.m.. Admission is free.
