ORLANDO, Fla. – The Utah men's tennis team took on No. 12 Central Florida Saturday morning and fell 4-0
DOUBLES
The Knights secured the doubles point advantage to start the match off. UCF picked up a win at the No. 1 and No. 3 doubles spots to start things off.
At the No. 2 spot, Simeon Terziev and Emmett Potter were down 3-4 before the match went unfinished.
SINGLES
UCF snagged wins at the No. 6, No.1 and No. 2 spots to clinch the match at 4-0 lead.
At the No. 5 spot Balthazar won his first set 6-3 and dropped his second set 2-6 before the match went unfinished. Lorenzo Esquici and Simeon Terziev's matches both remained unfinished.
Utah is now 4-12 overall on the season and 0-3 in Big 12 play.
UP NEXT
The Utes will remain on the road to take on Arizona State on Thursday, March 26 before returning home to host Texas Tech on March 29.
