Men's Tennis To Face Rival BYU Wednesday

SALT LAKE CITY - This Week, The Utah Men's Tennis team will hit the road to face rival BYU on Apr. 5 at 1:00 p.m.. Earlier this season, the Utes fell to the Cougars in Salt Lake City by a tight 4-3 score. In 1999, Utah and BYU split their home and home series, as each team won on the host's courts.
Next week, the Utes will continue their road trip as they travel to California to play three matches in four days. On Apr. 9, Utah will face former WAC-foe Fresno State at 1:00 p.m.. Then the Utes will make their perennial trip to Berkeley and Palo Alto as they will take on Pac-10 powers California and Stanford. In 1999, Utah fell to the Bears, 6-1 and the Cardinal by a 7-0 margin.
