SALT LAKE CITY--Utah outfielder Brit Pannier earned Mountain West Conference Player of the Week honors for Feb. 11 after helping the Utes take two-of-three from Pacific last weekend. Pannier, a senior, boosted the Utes to a 10-5 victory in game one after going 3-of-5 from the plate and batting in three runs. In the 12-10 game three victory, Pannier was 2-of-5 from the plate with three RBI. The Salt Lake native finished the weekend with seven RBI and three runs scored while batting .500 (7-of-14). This is the second time Pannier has received Player of the Week honors during his career.
