Esmay Insights
"We swung the bat well again against UNLV this past weekend. The pitchers were challenged by me after Friday's game and came back and pitched well in response."
"The Southern Colorado games will be a great opportunity for us to take care of business at home. We hope to play well at home from the start, and carry over that play into our home conference opener later this week."

Senior Nate Weese extended his team-high hitting streak to 21 games after hitting safely in each of the Utes' outings against UNLV last weekend. Four Utes saw their hitting streaks snapped in game three against the Rebels.
