SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah softball team has moved its scheduled game with Utah Valley State from Friday to Saturday of this weekend.
The two rivals will face off in a doubleheader on Saturday, March 26, at the Utah Softball Field at noon. It was originally scheduled as a single game on Friday, March 25.
It will be the third and fourth meetings between these two teams this season. The Utes (9-14 overall) topped UVSC, 9-0 and 10-3, at the BYU/UVSC Tournament in St. George back in February. The Wolverines, who have won eight of their last 12, are 8-16 for the season.
