Ute Baseball to Hold Youth Mini-Camp April 16

SALT LAKE CITY -- The University of Utah baseball team will be holding a free youth mini-camp following its April 16 game with UNLV at Franklin Covey Field.

All children currently enrolled in eighth grade or younger are invited to take part in the event. Utah coaches and players will be giving instruction on basic baseball skills. The camp will last approximately one hour and will follow the completion of the Utes' game with UNLV, which begins at 1 p.m.

Anyone interested in attending the free camp may also receive a voucher for free admittance to the Utah-UNLV game to be held prior to the mini-camp. Call Ian White in the Utah Athletic Marketing office at 801-585.6779 for more information.
