Coming up:
The University of Utah men's tennis team will host the Idaho State Bengals on Monday February 27, 2006 at 4:00 p.m. in the Eccles Tennis Center.
The meet between Idaho State and the Utes was originally scheduled for last week, but due to the hazardous road conditions, the Bengals were unable to make the drive to the U.
Scouting the opposition:
The Bengals are now 6-2 thus far in their season. As a common opponent, Weber State was defeated by Idaho State 6-2, while Utah defeated the Wildcats 6-1.
Ute Notes:
Utah is now 6-3 in the season and is currently ranked No. 57 by the ITA. Utah is coming off of two sweeps against Santa Clara and Nevada from last week.
Quoting assistant Coach Graeme Cox:
"The team is looking forward to playing our rescheduled match with Idaho State. We have been working hard in practice to make some improvements and hopefully this match will give us a chance to see how we are doing."
