Above Water
The University of Utah baseball team's overall record is above .500 through 25 games for the first time since 2001. The Utes were 14-11 through their first 25 games that season, compared to 13-12 this year.
Utah's 2-1 Mountain West Conference record is also notable. It is the first time since April 13, 2002 that the Utes have had a league record of better than .400. Utah was 8-7 on that date, compared to a 2-1 mark this season.
