Eilers and Golding Capture Doubles Mountain Regional Title

LAS VEGAS, Nev. - The University of Utah men's tennis team completed the final day of the ITA Mountain Regional Championships in Las Vegas, Nev. The doubles team of Phillip Eilers and Alex Golding captured the doubles title.
No. 4 seeded Eilers and Golding topped Luca Barlocchi and Mehdi Bouras of UNLV, 8-4. The pair will advance to the ITA National Indoor Championships.
No. 3 seeded Eilers fell in the final round of main draw singles to No. 12 seeded Vincente Joli of Boise State, 6-2, 7-5.
