Grimm Wins Weight Throw at Wildcat Tune-Up

OGDEN, UTAH - The University of Utah track and field team was represented by the throwers on Thursday evening at the Wildcat Tune-Up. Sarah Grimm won the weight throw with a new personal record of 58'2.5" and Josefin Berg came in second with a toss of 57'2.22".
Two other Utes had personal bests on Thursday night in the weight throw. Wanda Dalton had a toss of 47'0.56" and Kastin Frostl threw for a 44'0.74" effort.
In the shot put, Chasity Toilolo finished fourth overall with a 45'1" effort.
"All of the throwers are set to move up and raise some eyebrows at the conference meet," said throwing coach Tapio Kuusela.
