The Utah men's basketball team has broken into the Associated Press rankings for the first time since the 2004-05 season. Utah (24-9) checks in at No. 25 in the Mar. 16 AP poll - its best national ranking since finishing the 2004-05 season at No. 18 (No. 14 coaches').

The Utes' national ranking comes a day after they were selected as a No. 5 seed in the NCAA Tournament. Utah will face No. 12 seed Arizona (19-13) in Miami, Fla., on Friday, March 20, at 7:10 p.m. ET (5:10 p.m. MT).
