What is your favorite baseball memory?
Representing Idaho in the All-State North West Championships and playing in the state championship.
What do you like to do when you are not playing baseball?
Hang out with friends and family, be active and read.
Do you have a nickname? How did you get your nickname?
McScoop, from playing first base in past years.
Why did you choose Utah? What is the best thing about Utah?
I really liked the location and wanted the chance to play at the highest level. Best thing is the chance to play a tough schedule and compete at the Div. I level.
Who has been the biggest influence in your life and why?
My dad, from day one he has taught me many valuable lessons and supported me throughout.
My favorite thing about Salt Lake City is:
It's a big city that still feels small.
The teammate I most admire is who, and why?
Austin Shackelford. He brings a professional hard-working approach day-in and day-out.
What do you like best about Coach Kinneberg?
He has a great amount of experience at high levels of baseball.
What are your goals for this year?
Win the Mountain West and be a fixture in the lineup.
What is your major and what do you want to do after you graduate?
Economics major. I want to work in the front office of a major league organization.
