SALT LAKE CITY -
Due to the unprecedented interest in a regular season football road game, requests for tickets to Utah's game at Notre Dame on Nov. 13 have already exceeded the school's allotment of 5,000 seats, reports Ute Assistant Athletics Director Zack Lassiter. Since the demand exceeds the supply, the U. will apply the following ticket limits:
Crimson Club Level 9-11 Donors: 10 tickets
Crimson Club Level 7-8 Donors: 8 tickets
Crimson Club Level 5-6 Donors: 6 tickets
Crimson Club Level 2-4 Donors: 4 tickets (based on availability)
Non-Crimson Club Season Ticket Holder: 2 (based on availability)
For those Crimson Club members and season ticket holders who have already placed orders for more tickets than the amount listed above, the U. ticket office has begun processing refunds for ticket requests that exceed the limits. Impacted customers should see a refund posted to their credit card account or will receive a refund check from the University in the near future.
Crimson Club members and season ticket holders may continue to make ticket requests--based on their giving level--until the May 15 deadline. It is possible that additional limits may be necessary at that time.
"Our goal is to provide tickets to the largest number of Ute fans as possible, but we simply do not have enough tickets to fill every request," says Lassiter.
