-Junior wing Will Clyburn logged his sixth double-double of the year, scoring 24 points and collecting 12 rebounds. He also tied his career high with five 3-pointers. Clyburn is now averaging 20.0 points per game in conference play.
-Clyburn was Utah's leading scorer for the 12th time and its leading rebounder for the 11th time. His 24 points marked his ninth game with 20+ points this season. He has now scored double figures in all 18 games this year, and it was the seventh time he has reached double digits in the first half.
-Junior center David Foster pulled down 11 rebounds, the second-highest rebound total of his career. It was his second straight double-digit rebound game, following his career-high 12 boards against BYU in the last game. Foster also chipped in four points.
-With five blocks in the game, Foster lifted his career blocks total to 173. Currently in second place all-time at Utah, Foster trails only Luke Nevill, who holds the career record with 205 rejections from 2005-09. Foster has now blocked at least one shot in 45 of his last 48 games over the last two years and has blocked multiple shots in 37 of those contests.
-Sophomore center Jason Washburn tied his career-high rebounds eight rebounds for the fifth time this season. He also scored three points and made one steal.
-Junior guard Josh "Jiggy" Watkins has scored double digits in 14 games this season, including three straight. He also added four assists and two rebounds. Watkins is averaging 16.3 points per game in conference play.
-Sophomore wing Shawn Glover scored 10 points, hitting double digits for the fourth time this year. He also logged two assists and grabbed two rebounds.
-Utah logged a +18 rebound margin, it's second largest of the season and the largest against a Div. I opponent (largest was +26 against Div. II Grand Canyon).
-With the win, Utah snapped its seven-game losing streak, picking up its first conference win of the season and its second road victory of the year.
-Utah improved to 95-75 (.559) all-time vs. Wyoming, including a 34-49 (.410) record at Arena-Auditorium in Laramie.
-Fourth-year Utah head coach Jim Boylen now owns a 64-52 (.552) career record, including a 27-25 (.519) mark in MWC games.
