Utes Practice in Preparation for MWC Tournament

SAN DIEGO - The Utah baseball team took advantage of some downtime on Tuesday in San Diego to practice in preparation for their upcoming opponent in the Mountain West Conference tournament.
"We had a really good practice at Grossmont College this afternoon," Utah head coach Bill Kinneberg said. "The team is looking forward to getting started in the tournament tomorrow.
The Utes face the highest remaining seed from the opening round games at 3:00 p.m. PT on Wednesday. Third-seed BYU takes on sixth-seeded UNLV in game one today, while four and five seeds SDSU and UNLV play in the evening. If BYU wins game one, the Cougars would be Utah's Wednesday opponent.
