Former Ute Cron Named to Fall Stars Game

Former Utah baseball player C.J. Cron recently participated in the Fall Stars Game as a member of the Mesa Solar Sox in the Arizona Fall League.
Cron is currently leading the league in batting average (.400) and is second with a .660 slugging percentage. He has 11 RBI, two doubles and three home runs.
The former Utah All-American was a first-round draft pick in 2011. This past season he was selected to the All-Star Futures Game while playing with the Double-A Arkansas Travelers.
