SALT LAKE CITY - The Utah baseball team returns home this weekend for a three-game series against USC, beginning on Friday, April 19, at 6:00 p.m. MT. The series continues on Saturday, April 20, at 12:00 p.m. and Sunday, April 21, at 12:00 p.m.

The Utes are coming off a 7-6 win over Utah Valley on Tuesday, rallying from an early five-run defict for the win.
"It was a good win for us to battle back after giving up six runs in the first inning," Utah head coach Bill Kinneberg said. "I'm proud of our guys. We had some big hits late, which was a really good sign for me. Like always, I just want to play well this weekend. I want us to play each game and pitch well and play defense. We need to score runs when we have opportunities.
"It seems like it's been a long time since we played at home. I'm looking forward to that. USC has a very good team."
USC is 14-22 overall and 6-9 in the Pac-12. The Trojans are coming off a midweek victory against Loyola Marymount. USC dropped two of three to Arizona over the weekend, but the win was a combined one-hitter in Friday's game.
Utah will start Mitch Watrous on the mound on Friday followed by Dalton Carroll on Saturday and Tanner Banks on Sunday.
