Utah head coach Bill Kinneberg was pleased with many of the things that he saw during the fall campaign, but stressed that there is still more to be done. Utah will continue with individual workouts through the semester.
"We still have a lot of work to do in our individual workouts, and with 16 new players on our team we need to refine some things," Utah head coach Bill Kinneberg said. "Our fall ended on a good note. We're closer in a lot of aspects, but there are still some things that we need to get done over the next several weeks to make sure we go into the Christmas holiday feeling good, healthy and strong.
"On the pitching side, Bret Helton and Jayson Rose both had an outstanding fall, and Nolan Stouder came back from a redshirt year really well. It looks like he's going to be able to help us. On the offensive side, our two middle guys, Kody Davis and Cody Scaggari, both played great this fall."
The Utes closed out the fall with a Halloween themed practice.
