MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.- Highlights for the second day at the NCAA women's championships included a new school record in the 800 free relay.
The 800 free relay team of Sami Zuch, Traycie Swartz, Amanda Barrett and Maryssa McArthur teamed together to take 20th with a school-record time of 7:10.35.
Stina Colleou tied for 34th in the 100 breast (1:01.14) and Nicole Ligeza tied for 37th in the event (1:01.30).
In diving, Kersten Merry took 37th in the three-meter dives with a score of 248.25.
Utes continue competition tomorrow with prelims beginning at 11 a.m. and finals at 7 p.m. For live results, follow http://swimmeetresults.com/2014d1ncaachamps/.
ESPN3 will stream the championship finals sessions live on Friday and Saturday. Thursday's sessions, along with the morning sessions on Friday and Saturday, will be streamed live via gophersports.com. Coverage of the championships will also be broadcast on ESPNU at 7 p.m. MT, Wednesday, April 2.
