POLL TALK
Utah jumped two spots to No. 19 in this week's AVCA Top-25 Coaches Poll. The No. 19 ranking is Utah's highest of the season and it also marks the highest ranking since coming in at No. 18 in the final regular-season poll back on Dec. 22, 2014.
Â
The Utes have earned a top-25 ranking the previous four weeks and five times overall since Sept. 26. Utah has now been ranked or at least received votes in the poll for seven straight weeks dating back to Sept. 19.
Â
#ROADWARRIORS
Utah is 8-2 overall in road matches this season, which marks a new high for road wins since joining the Pac-12 Conference in 2011. Utah's eight road wins is a new season-best since donning an 8-5 record as a member of the Mountain West Conference back in 2010.
Â
Utah is tied with UCLA for the second-best road record among Pac-12 teams. Only Washington has a better road record, having gone 10-1 away from home this season. The 8-2 mark ranks tied for seventh among teams slotted 1-25 in the RPI standings.

Â
Prior to 2016, Utah had never earned more than two road victories over ranked opponents. The last time Utah registered a pair of wins away from home was back in 2007 when the Utes downed No. 17 Purdue on the road and defeated No. 20 Colorado State at a neutral site.
Â
UTES IN CONFERENCE PLAY
Utah is 7-5 overall in Pac-12 play and just two more wins away from matching the program's most wins in league play since joining the Pac-12. The Utes registered nine Pac-12 wins in both 2013 and 2014 (9-11). Most notably, the 7-5 record is Utah's best mark through its first 12 matches of Pac-12 Conference play, surpassing the 6-6 record the Utes recorded in 2013.
