> The Utes are coming off back-to-back home wins this past week, which includes the team's most recent 88-47 victory over Washington State this past Sunday.
> UCLA is coming off a 78-65 road-win over Arizona State this past Sunday.
> Utah will look to rebound on the road this week after falling in its previous two road contests. Last time the Utes lost two straight on the road, they turned around and won the next three.

THE GAME
The Utah Runnin' Utes (19-7, 8-5) will make its final road trip of the regular season this week, heading to Southern California for a pair of games against both Los Angeles-based squads.
Utah will open play in L.A. this Thursday, Feb. 18, taking on the UCLA Bruins (14-11, 5-7) at 7 p.m. PST / 8 p.m. MST at Pauley Pavilion.

UTAH VS. ARIZONA GAME TIME ANNOUNCED
ESPN and the Pac-12 Conference announced that Utah vs. Arizona game will tip-off at noon on Saturday, Feb. 27. The contest will be televised live on ESPN.
LAST TIME OUT
The Utes picked up its fifth straight win at the Huntsman Center with an 88-47 victory over Washington State this past Sunday.
Utah shot 53 percent from the field and limited the Cougars to just a 30 percent effort on the way to the 41-point victory.
Sophomore Jakob Poeltl led the Utes with 25 points and 10 rebounds for his 10th double-double of the season. Poeltl had 16 points at halftime after going 7-of-9 from the field. Meanwhile, WSU notched just seven total field goals as a team.
Sophomore Brekkott Chapman pitched in a season-high 12 points off the bench and freshman Austin Montgomery sank both of his and-one opportunities for another six points off the bench for Utah.
Utah tied a season-low giving up just eight turnovers and then notched a season-high 11 steals on the other side of the ball. WSU recorded 20 total turnovers, which the Utes turned into 26 points.
UTAH IN PAC-12 PLAY
Now in its fifth season of Pac-12 play, the Utes are 38-47 overall against conference foes. Utah tallied its best record in the league play after posting a 13-5 record in 2014-15.
Utah is 27-15 all-time in Pac-12 games played at home and 11-32 in conference games played on the road.
OFFENSIVE SPLURGE
The Utes have already scored 80 points or more in conference play five times this season.
The last time a Utah team scored 80 points or more in conference play came back in 2008-09 when the Utes were a member of the Mountain West Conference.
Utah's best mark in Pac-12 play was four games with 80-plus points, which came back in 2013-14.
DISHING THE ROCK
Utah notched 21 assists in the game this past Sunday. The Utes have now tallied 20-plus assists in back-to-back games and for the seventh time overall this season.
Sophomore Isaiah Wright led the Utes with five assists on Sunday, while senior Brandon Taylor added four assists on the day.
PICKING THE DEFENSE
Utah tallied a season-high 11 steals in its win over Washington State this past Sunday. It was the first double-digit steal effort for the Utes this season and the team's most steals since collecting 10 steals against WSU last season, back on Jan. 21, 2015.
GETTING BACK TO ROAD WARRIOR STRENGTH
Prior to its back-to back losses in Oregon the last time out, Utah was on pace to be one of the better road teams in the league.
Heading into the week, Utah, who is 3-5 on the road this season, is tied for the fourth-best road record among Pac-12 teams.
Arizona leads the way at 5-3 and Colorado is the only other team at .500 or better with a 4-4 mark. Oregon is 4-5 and Washington is 3-4. The Utes are tied with UCLA and USC at 3-5.
#POELTLPOWER
Sophomore Jakob Poeltl posted his second straight 20-point game on Sunday and has tallied 20 points or more in six of his last seven games. He has a total of 10 games with 20 points or more.
Over the last four games, Poeltl is one of just three players from the Pac-12 that is scoring at least 19 points and pulling down six rebounds per game, while additionally shooting over 50 percent from the field.

Oregon's Dillon Brooks is averaging 20.3 ppg, but just 3.8 rpg, while Arizona's Kaleb Tarczewski is averaging 11.0 rpg, but just scoring 7.0 ppg.
POELTL NEARING 500-POINT MARK
Jakob Poeltl enters the week with 462 total points on the season - just 38 points of breaking the 500-point mark for the year.
Poeltl would become the 33rd Utah player to score at least 500 points in one season.
COUNTDOWN TO VEGAS
With just five games left in the regular season, Utah currently sits in a tie with Colorado for second place in the conference standings (as of Tuesday, Feb. 16).
Both the Utes and Buffs are 8-5 in conference play, just a game back of both Oregon and Arizona, who are tied for first place at 9-4. USC and California are both 7-5 and in a tie for third place heading into the week.
