FAST BREAKS
• Utah is coming off a 73-67 loss to No. 10-ranked Oregon on Thursday, while the Beavers dropped a road contest to Colorado, 85-78, in Boulder.
• Utah leads the all-time series 16-11 after both teams split the season series a year ago. The Utes defeated the Beavers, 59-53, at the Huntsman Center, but OSU evened the series with a 71-69 win back in Corvallis.
• Five Utah players are averaging double-digit scoring efforts over the past five games. Junior Kyle Kuzma leads the way averaging a double-double with 17.2 points and 11.4 rebounds per game.
• Freshman Devon Daniels is shooting 67 percent from three-point range over the past five games, connecting on eight of his last 12 shots from downtown.
• Senior Lorenzo Bonam, who is averaging 16.8 points per game over the last five games, is averaging just over four assists per game during that span.
THE GAME
The Utah Runnin' Utes (14-6, 5-3) close out the week with a home contest, hosting the Oregon State Beavers (4-17, 0-8) this Saturday, Jan. 28. Tip-off is set for 5 p.m. and the contest will be televised live on the Pac-12 Network.
COVERING THE RUNNIN' UTES
Saturday's contest will be televised live on Pac-12 Networks. Roxy Bernstein will call the action, while Mike Montgomery provides color commentary for the game.
Fans can also follow the action on-line by logging onto Pac-12.com/live or watching via smart phones and tablets using the Pac-12 Now App, which can be downloaded at the Apple Store, Google Play Store or Amazon Apps Store.
Additionally, the game can be found on the Utah Sports Radio Network (ESPN 700). Bill Riley will provide play-by-play, with the assistance of in-game analyst Jimmy Soto.

LAST TIME OUT
The Utes fell at home with a 73-67 defeat to the No. 10-ranked Oregon Ducks on Thursday. Kyle Kuzma led the way with 18 points and nine rebounds, but Oregon's Dillon Brooks led a quartet of Ducks scoring in double-figures with 19 points and helping guide Oregon to its eight straight win over Utah.
SCOUTING OREGON STATE
• The Beavers are winless in Pac-12 play - the only team in the conference without a victory - and have dropped eight straight contests since a win over Kent State back on Dec. 21.
• Oregon State has yet to win on the road, having dropped all eight games it has played away from Gill Coliseum. The Beavers are 0-3 on the road in Pac-12 play, which includes an 85-78 loss to the Colorado Buffaloes this past Thursday in Boulder.
• Stephen Thompson Jr. leads Oregon with 16.2 points per game. Drew Eubanks follows with a 15.2 points per game average, but leads the team with 8.6 rebounds per game.
SERIES HISTORY WITH THE BEAVERS
Utah and Oregon State split the season series last year as both home teams picked up victories, but Utah continues to lead the all-time series with a record of 16-11. Prior to the loss in Corvallis, Utah had won four straight over the Beavers, but the all-time series is locked at four wins apiece since Utah joined the league in 2011.
