Men's Basketball Unveils New Uniforms for the 2017-18 Season

SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah men's basketball team revealed its 2017-18 uniforms on Tuesday, in advance of taking the court this evening for Night with the Runnin' Utes. The new uniforms feature the 'Utah stripe' as the main design element this season.

Designed by Utah athletics apparel and performance footwear partner Under Armour, the 'Utah stripe' is displayed on the side of both the jersey and shorts. The jersey also features the school motto 'A Utah Man I Am' at the front hem of the jersey.

The body of the fabric is UA's Armourlite Fabric, which is stretch woven, and it features as the lightest basketball fabric UA has ever created. The uniforms also feature UA's Armourvent technology, which embodies a visually arresting, engineered mesh ventilation that offers stretch without spandex. This will keep the athletes cooler and dryer than any other ventilated mesh.
