Jayce Johnson, will attend Pac-12 Men's Basketball Media Day this Thursday, Oct. 11, at the Pac-12 Conference/Pac-12 Networks studios in San Francisco.

WATCH MEDIA DAY LIVE
The Pac-12 Network will provide over three hours of live coverage of the event with special editions of its newest programming, "Inside Pac-12 Basketball", which will feature live coverage from 12 p.m. MT to 3:30 p.m. MT. The show will also air live across all six Pac-12 Networks regional channels as well as via the Pac-12 Now app and
Pac-12.com. Men's Basketball media day will include host Mike Yam and Don MacLeon in studio, along with Ashley Adamson and Kate Scott.

KYRSTKOWIAK ENTERS EIGHTH SEASON AT UTAH
Head coach
Larry Krystkowiak begins his eighth season at the helm of the Runnin' Utes Basketball program in 2018-19. Kyrstkowiak, who led the Utes to a 23-12 overall record, a 11-7 record and third-place finish in the Pac-12 Conference, along with a NIT championship final apperance last season, is now 138-97 overall in his seven seasons at Utah. He is 180-117 overall in nine seasons at the collegiate level, which includes two seasons at Montana (2004-06, 42-20).
NOTES ON BAREFIELD
Barefield enters his third season with the Runnin' Utes in 2018-19. A native of Corona, Calif., Barefield returns as the team's leading scorer following a junior campaign where he tallied 12.0 points per game. He shot right at 40 percent from the field overall and was a 35.4 percent sharpshooter from three-point range. He ranked second on the team with a 84.7 free throw shooting percentage, which also ranked among the top-75 players in the nation. He has tallied 600 points in 56 games over the past two seasons, averaging 10.7 points per game for his career.
NOTES ON JOHNSON
Johnson is in his third season with the Utes as he heads into his junior campaign having totaled 164 points (4.7/ppg) and 163 rebounds (4.9/rpg) throughout the first two years of his career. Johnson also hails from California, coming to Utah as a true freshman from Mission Viejo back in 2016. A season ago, Johnson averaged 5.5 points in 30 games played. He tallied 5.4 rebounds per game and led the team with 0.93 blocked shots per game.
