Q: How did your interest in softball begin?
My dad encouraged me to give it a go and I fell in love with it
Q: What is your favorite part about playing softball?
Competitiveness and the fun and joy it brings me to play
Q: What made you choose Utah?
The weather, environment, program and culture
Q: What are some of your favorite things to do outside of playing softball?
Photography and hiking
Q: What is the best piece of advice you have received?
Just have fun
Q: Who is your biggest influence in life and why?
My parents, because they made me into the person I am today
Q: What do you think are some keys to success when it comes to being a college athlete?
Do not procrastinate and spend time doing something you love that does not involve your sport or school
Q: If you could play and go pro in any other sport, what would it be and why?
Soccer, because it has always been a sport I loved to play
Q: What are you looking forward to most this season?
Competing at a higher level and the challenge it brings. Also the travel because I am lucky to go to some cool places this year.
