Utes in the Pros: Week 11

SALT LAKE CITY – As Week 11 of the NFL season approaches, four division-leading teams have Utah Football connections either on the active roster or coaching staff with several more teams in the mix with Pro Utes. Altogether, 26 former Utes are on NFL rosters and 17 are projected to suit up this weekend.

The Bills remain atop the AFC East with an 8-2 record, helped in part by Pro Utes Cole Bishop and Dalton Kincaid. It's a similar story in both the NFC North and NFC South; Tim Patrick, Sione Vaki and the rest of the Detroit Lions (8-1) are rolling with seven straight wins. In the South, the Atlanta Falcons (6-4) are atop the division with Clark Phillips III on the active roster.

The Kansas City Chiefs and Washington Commanders are continuing their strong seasons with Utah alumni on their respective coaching staffs. Alex Whittingham has helped the 9-0 Chiefs to the AFC West lead as defensive quality control coach, while Washington (7-3) is right in the mix for the NFC East with Brian Johnson on staff as assistant head coach and offensive passing game coordinator.
