What are your thoughts on deviled eggs?
"I don't like them. Never had them, but don't like them or the way they look. You won't catch me eating a deviled egg."

Imagine you are competing at the Summer Olympics. What sport would you compete in and why?
"Basketball—I'm a basketball player at heart. I do this football stuff on the side, but I'm a real hooper. Runnin' Utes, if you ever need me, I got you!"

What color was your math folder in school growing up?
"I think it was green, but I wanted all my folders to be red because that was my favorite color. We had different colors for different subjects."

What food best represents your home state (California)?
"I don't know, that's a good question. I was trying to think of a dish, but we can say In-N-Out for sure."

Who is the messiest person on the team?
"Who's locker do I look at and say 'man, clean your locker!' I'm going to say Johnathan Hall. He's right across from me."

How far could you throw a chicken nugget?
"At least 35 or 40 yards. A chicken nugget is pretty light. That's a good question. We should do that as a contest on the team!"

What would you be if you had to wear a Halloween Costume, every day for the rest of your life?
"I'd probably be a cop. I was a cop last Halloween and looked good."

Pancakes or waffles?
"Waffles for sure. Pancakes are too soft. Waffles have a little crisp to them and I like that. Pancakes absorb the syrup but it falls off. Waffles have the grooves and holes so the syrup can sit in there. Waffles for sure."

If you could make the ultimate sandwich, what would be on it?
"I call this The Really Good Sandwich and it's simple. This has to be on white bread—I don't mess with sourdough or wheat or anything else. Honey ham, cheddar cheese, mustard and whatever chips you want. It could be hot chips, salty chips, whatever you want. I'd put hot chips or Doritos on mine."

"Yellow mustard. No spicy, no honey, no nothing, I'm simple."
